Kanban bunching up

I'm using a number of Kanban diagrams in EA 1112, and they work very nicely.  However, when I generate HTML documentation from the package, the items in one lane bunch up and sit on top of one another.  They do not do this in the diagram view, and I need them to not do it in the generated files.

What can I play with to get to the bottom of this, it's driving me crazy!   [smiley=shocked.gif]
