Document Generation using user templates

I have created a user template based on the Data Modelling Report and have also created a user Cover Page template and a user  TOC template.

One of the first thing I have done is to change the default styles. Each time I generate the documentation using this templates on EA12 (Build 1212) the report is generated without using my customized styles.

Am I missing something?
