Error 1316 when installing CloudService

Hi,

I get error 1316 the specified account already exists - when trying to install CloudService. I've checked and I don't already have CloudService installed....

Any ideas ??

My recommendation is to send a bug report to Sparx Systems if you haven't already.

They will request a log of your install.

SparxCloud.exe  /l*vx c:\Installer.log

(ie. Run the installer writing a verbose log to c:\Installer.log)
