documenting connection from diagram

Unstable problem.

There is a template of generation of the document

In result: target document include the chart, but don't include any connection description from it.
Thus everywhere where it is only possible generation of content from the chart it is included, screenshots:




And on other model (other eap) the same template fulfilled with generation of descriptions of connections.

What not so? What to do?
