"check out" failure

Periodically problems begin with check-out/chek-in of packages. For example (the picture is attached), when in the course of chek-in (1 and 2) the mistake:



Then are opened the dialog box of import of a package from xmi (3) in which any useful effects not well opens (it is impossible to close a window). The appendix is completely blocked. The only opportunity - to remove process in a task manager.
After restart of the program the package visually is in not blocked state. However if to execute the Resync status with VC provider command, the state actually will be shown as blocked (that is actually check-out was executed successfully).

Side effect is the subsequent messages on the interrupted process of import of a package (picture). If to press "to pass" (on English localization probably it is "ignore"), error process (described above) is repeated.

update.

As a result of this bug, EAP with a mistake "not recognizable database format" absolutely ceased to open.
I lost all made templates of documents.

I start thinking that EA choice as instrument of design in the company was a mistake.
