SysML Diagram Header in RTF export

Hi,

If I use the PACKAGE/Documentation/Diagrams only.... tab I get a nice rtf output with the diagrams correctly framed with a properly formatted namespace header. However, try as I might, I can't make a rtf template to produce a similar output.

Anyone know how it is done?
