EA shutsdown using generate with custom template

Hi,

I couldn't find a similar error, so decided to post my issue here.

I still use Version 11.0.1107

I created my own custom template, copied from Diagrams Only. I only customized the header.

Every time I select my own custom template when I generate the document, the system shuts down. Error message are: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.

What should I do?

• Export the template (Project | Data Management | Export Reference Data)
• Import into another .eap then generate the document
• If you come across the same thing then send your template to sparx support
