Status color shadow for derived element not drawn
« on: October 29, 2015, 06:47:24 pm »
Hi,

When creating a new MDG technology and overriding e.g. a Class element into a derived element, the shadow of the derived element is not colored. Not that the derived element has its own ShapeScript to draw it.

If DrawNativeShape() is used, the rectangle including colored status is drawn. However for the custom shape the shadow is not colored.

Kind regards,
Robert

Ok. And what is the question?

If this is intended to be an error report: please use the link bottom right of this page.

Sure!
But, which link?  :)

Tried to upload a screenshot to show you the buttons that are visible, but I think I have also no authorization for that. :)

Robert,

To "officially" file a bug report you need to use this link: http://www.sparxsystems.com/support/bug_report.html

This forum is only intended to let other users know you have submitted a bug report.

If you want to show images in the forum you'll have to upload them to some kind of public image hosting site, an use the link to the image in the image tag.

I now see that that link is indeed available, but a bit hidden in the big section of all links. I should get glasses I guess :)

I'll use your advice on linking pictures.
And try that Report a bug link.

Thanks!

Nobody can upload pictures here. You need to place them on a public server and use the URL with the picture icon (3rd when posting).
