Keyboard Responsiveness

I'm having performance problems with EA V12. It becomes very unresponsive to keyboard/mouse inputs, with simply selecting an item on a diagram or in the project browser sometimes taking 5-10 seconds or more, making it effectively unusable.
My impression is it happened when we moved to a database connection rather than eap files, but none of our other users has this problem and there's no problems actually opening or saving diagrams for instance.

I have the same experience with EA12, even with local .eap files.

Just a guess: do you have many elements on the diagram? Eventually shape scripted?
