Importing CWM model? (xmi)

Has anyone attempted importing the UML model for the CWM (Common Warehouse Metamodel)?

The spec. distribution from OMG contains the XML definition of the model and there is an accompyaning .dtd. (http://www.cwmforum.org/spec.htm)
It uses version 1.1 of the XMI.

If I try to import the .xml file into EA I get the typical "Unknown XMI Exporter or Version" message. If I include the .dtd, I get other errors that I'm too inexperienced to know how to fix -- it seems that it doesn't recognize the use of namespaces properly.

I've also attempted importing the model as a Rose file into Sybase Power Designer and then exporting to XMI. I had the same unsuccessful results as with the "straight" import.
