Export error

I am getting the following error when I import packages:

Error:
Code = 0xc00ce00e
Source = Line : 1444 Char : 118
Error Description = The attribute 'type' with namespace "references the ID "EAID_" which is not defined anywhere in the document.

The referenced line in the XML file is in a block of UML that is trying to define an "Association.connection" and it is specifically between "AssociationEnd" definition line and a "ModelElement.taggedValue". I could not descern any reason for the problem because there were a number of very similar lines just prior problem line.

The error occurs just as a number of UML statements are closing: AssociationEnd, Association.connection, Association, Namespace.ownedElement, Package, Namespace.ownedElement, and Model (in that order).

Another potential clue is the fact that prior to this time I had no problems with import and exports. In this phase of the project we are defining requirements. This is the first time I have exported a package with external requirements...

Any Ideas?

Hi,

Without looking at the .EAP model or XML it is a bit hard to tell. If there is any chance you can send me the project and XML I will look at it straight away. You can send to [email protected]
