Opening Demo Version with Registered version

Hope you can help

I have created a model in the demo version and after purchasing the software I could not import the model into saying the database is in use or user invalid

Error:
"It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data"

Any ideas

This can happen if EA crashed or was forcibly closed and the temporary file wasn't removed.

A restart normally fixes it!

Alternatively, I think copying the file to a new location might even sort it out (with the new copy).
