Scaling down a diagram for printout?
« on: June 06, 2002, 06:01:06 am »
Hello,

I have a question regarding EA's print feature - when I create a UML document that is larger than just one page, the diagram will simply be cropped and more than one page will be needed for printout.

Is it possible somehow to tell EA to make the whole diagram fit just *one* sheet of paper anyway, at least on the physical printout (i.e., have EA scale down the whole diagram to fit one sheet of paper), the way this is possible in Microsoft Excel, for example?

Hi,

If you bring up the diagram properties dialog, there is a check box named "Scale Printed OUtput to One Page" -- or something similar.

Check this and then try printing - the diagram should be scaled to one page.
