Copy Diagram from one project to another?

Sorry if this is a newbie question. (I did search, honest!)

Is there an easy way to copy a diagram from one project to another? I mistakenly forked a project, and don't want to recreate one of my drawings.

Hi Lee,
You can use XML file to export and import your diagram.
