Is there a feature to copy a class?

Yes,

Drag the class to a diagram, select the class in the diagram and select Copy. Go to the new location, create a diagram, if not available, right-click on the background of the diagram and select Paste as new.

The class becomes visible on the diagram and is also included in the project tree in the same level as the diagram.
