garbled characters at Relationshop Matrix

Hello,
This is my first message.

I use professional edition and I want to use the Relation Matrix below project menu.
I am Japanese but I use English version.
Then in the first row of matrix (target columns) , they are garbled characters.

I'd like to change used font, but I don't know how to change it.

Please give me informations.
