Upgrading to new builds

We have been using EA Professional since Sept and would like to upgrade to the latest build (504 to 615).  However, the app tells me there is no need to upgrade.  
The website prompts for a user name and password to download the latest build.  I have used the registration key w/ no luck and I can’t seem to find a place on the Sparx site (other than the forum) to establish a user name and password.  Perhaps I’m overlooking it.  Could someone please point me in the proper direction?

Hi Mark,

The person who ordered EA should have gotten an email / letter stating the username and password for the Registered User part of the site (not the same as the registration key!).
