Resource History in Documentation
« on: July 31, 2003, 12:28:34 am »
Unable to locate info in the EA Help or Zicom references for this.  Hopefully it's not an obvious answer I've overlooked...

When creating .RTF docs for models, I notice that it's possible to have it print Assigned Resources for elements, including a table cell named Detail that includes:
- Task name
- The verbiage "History:"

I've figured out that I can right-click on an element and from the Project Mangement|Project Information menu item then manage the relevant resources and tasks.

My question is can I also, somewhere in that menu or elsewhere, add history associated to the task(s), for status reporting purposes?  Or is it the case that the "History:" text is automatically added into the Details field merely as a convenience, and I need to manually add history for the task?

A hypothetical example table follows for reference:

Resource Role   Time   Dates   Detail

Resource #1  Network Admin   Time: 1
%=25   8/1/2003 End: 8/8/2003   Add App Server to Domain
History:

Thx, Dave
