Turning Autosizing Off

I have created a number of diagrams (usually sequence diagrams) and entered a meaningful Message Title (usually 8-10 words) which usually wraps

To make the diagram more readable I then resize the Message title.

When I resize the diagram or print preview it, the message title is then automatically resized to the original size.

I have tried locking the diagram and other things but I have been unable to stop the resizing.

HELP This is really starting to annoy me.
