Merge projects

I have two projects, I need to merge them into one project.  

I tried the Import/Export function but when I run the import I get an error message saying that it can't find a package to put the diagrams in and nothing shows up...eventhough if I run import again on the same project I get a lot of messages asking if I want to replace what already exists.

Any ideas?
