Reverse Engineering with VB.NET has serious issues

I tried to reverse engineer the vehicles sample provided with VS. The boat class was interpreted as an inner class and there was a class called "with" which I have no idea where this came from. I am using 3.6 build 645.

This is a very very simple sample. If EA cannot reverse engineer something on this scale, my confidence in the product is obvious.
