Test Cases in Relationship Matrix

Is there a way of displaying the Test Cases versus the components they apply to in the Relationship Matrix utility? It doesn't seem to work in the way other relationships do.

Also is there a way of assigning Test Cases to requirements (rather than classes) and then being able to display a Relationship Matrix of requirement versus Test Case?
