Context Menu, Test Dialogue

OK, I think I am missing something here.  I am looking into test scripts, etc.  I right-click on an element in a diagrma (use case, class) and the context menu does *not* show a Project Management/Test Scripts menu item  as per the online help.

Can someone please tell me where I'm going wrong?  I'm sure this is something simple that I've missed....

If you have the test list open (alt+3 in ver 3.6) you can right click to import the selected elements constraints/requirements/scenarios as a test.  Don't think there is a way to go from the element directly into the tests though.
