How simulation and modeling (CASE) tools work
« on: November 02, 2003, 09:39:13 pm »
Hello All

Can someone tell me how simulation and modeling (CASE) tools perform their work. That is what is the main logic behind the scenes. For example how these tools convert diagrams to physical things, class definition, database table sturcture etc. etc.

Regards

Hi Sajsal

I think the answers to your questions would take up a book or two. Maybe you could be a bit more specific?

Anyway, I can tell you that Enterprise Architect does not contain any simulation tools (at least not in the sense that I understand "simulation").

Hi Mikkel

Thanks for your reply. I just wanted a summary or an abstract of hardly 2 or 3 pages. I am in urgent need.

Please
