Sequence diagrams - Does EA "Attach Script"

Does anyone know how to "Attach a script" to a message bar in a sequence diagram?  

I need my comment to move with my message line.  In Rose this is done by adding a comment, selecting the comment and the message line and going to Edit/Attach Script.
