Problem using EA from "Thin Client"

Hi!
I'm doing some uml-training for a customer of mine and have got him to install a trial version (3.60) of EA on a win2k server and tried running it from "thin clients" (Citrix). The application starts ok and it's possible to create a new project. The problem is that the browser functionality (directory/file) is dead. Nothing happens when you click the "..." button. A similar situation occurs when you try to "Save project as.." - nothing happens.
The guys in the infrastructure group insinuate that EA doesn't use standard windows browsing and that this could be the reason to the problem. Any suggestions?
