Unselectable "Diagram Note" in v3.60.653
« on: December 18, 2003, 03:23:45 pm »
Hi,

I recently upgraded to  v3.60 and have run into some strange behavior in my Logical Diagrams.

I can click the 'Diagram Note" icon on the toolbar to insert a selectable, moveable text box (in black text).  However, there still remains an unselectable (in blue) diagram note.

Is there a way to turn this off?  I already have "Show Diagram Notes" unchecked in:
Tools -> Options -> Diagram

But I see that these are 'New Diagram Defaults'..  How do I turn off the auto diagram note in existing diagrams?

TIA,
Gary Wong

Go to Diagram > Properties (or Diagram Properties in the right click pop-up menu) and uncheck "Show Details on Diagram". That should do it!

You're welcome. I think the "Diagram details" is pretty much obsolete by now
