Link process to sequence diagram (drill down)

I have an analysis diagram and I want to link a process on that diagram to a sequence diagram in another package.  Can I do this?

The element set parents option isn't available for any of the items I want to link - e.g. package to process.

Is this all geared at producing code rather than documentation?

If you just want a link to the other diagram from the diargam, dragging the diagram from the Project Explorer and dropping it on the diagram will create a hyperlink to the diagram.  This link will also appear in the html reports, but no the rtf as far as I am aware.
