Version Control & Repositories

I know this is a broad question, but i'm struggling with how to use version control in conjunction with a sql server repository.

I've got Igloo setup, and i've managed to version control a package.  However, i'm unsure how this works for multiple users.  The CVS repository is local to my machine, so how is some other user supposed to see the same revision history as i do?

I was also unable to checkout an arbitrary version of the package as well.


If you have any information or insight into this, it would be well appreciated.
