ADO error during XMI import

Exported a package to XMI (format Unisys/Rose).
When trying to import the same XMI file back
(the file was not modified), the following message
is shown many times:

DAO.Field[3163]
The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.

The import succeeds except the diagram which appears
to be empty. (All classes and their properties seem to
be imported correctly)

I am using the version 3.60.658

Is this a known problem ? Are there workarounds ?

(Native EA XMI format export/import sequence goes
correctly. The problem manifests only if Unisys/Rose
format is chosen. The resulting xml file is imported
directly after export, without any modifications).
