missing save?

Hi all,

another oddity I find in the Enterprise Architekt: The "SAVE" button often does not get enabled whan changing somehting. So I have to click around and try and make random changes before I get the possibility to save.

Example: in an interface, rename an existing operation. You can't save that. Only, when you change e.g. the scope of the operation (even if it is the same value), the SAVE button gets enabled.
