G'day RAJ,

I'll take a try at an answer (IMHO):

A model of a system includes all your elements, relationships, attributes, operations, diagrams ... everything and anything that helps describe your system.

A view is a subset of all those things that model the system.  The view focuses on those things that are of interest to a specific audience, or on those things that describe a particular area of the system.

A diagram is really just a picture, a snapshot, of a group of elements from you model that, together, communicate some value.

How's that for a start?
Cheers and best regards.
