Documentation - Test cases & Metrics

I'm trying to create a web site that contains business use cases, linked through to use case packages.  For each package I want the test cases for each use case plus the implementation estimates.  Using the standard documentation features I don't get test cases linked to a use case or any estimation information.  Is there a simple way of getting this?

  I've found the check box for "include test cases" but nothing as yet for use case metrics
