Problem with Interface Icon

Can someone please let me know how to add operations to the interface created using the Interface icon. Right mouse click only allows me to add Attributes.

Please tell version and Build you are working with. I have no problem adding operations right clicking the interface in the tree browser. I'm working with Version: 4.0, build: 720

Yes, you are right. I can view the operations using the
right mouse click in the tree browser.
