How to set a welcome page?

Hi,
The EAExample, when loaded, takes you to an arbitrary welcome page.  How do I do that?

I've scanned all the properties assocaited with the diagram and project with no avail.  The online help has nothing helpful under welcome or start page  

Anyone been there done that? Thanks muchly!

I just noticed the HOME icon, interesting, it says click on a diagram, use context, choose 'set as default..'.  Guess what? it doesnt appear on my Activity diagram

OK, that was easy.  So we are talking about the File/Diagram menu, not a right click diagram menu
