My boss wants to be able to view projects in EA. He does not want full developer privileges and we do not have extra keys. He just wants to be able to view projects.

Someone said there was a free viewer in EA. What is it and how does it work?

There is a read-only version of EA (I believe it is available only for the registered users). It allows you to do everything that full version of EA does short of making any changes.
You can download it from the download section of this website.
