Replication - Question

Hello newsgroup

I am just evaluation EA and I would like to ask how the
replication/synchronisation capability is working and how the usage should be ideally.

In the Help of the Demo-Version I did not find a clear
explanation of it.

Maybe somebody has just 5minutes to explain how this
is meant and how the expierences are, considering group-working/project-sharing with EA.

Any feedback is really appreciated
