Upgrading v3.6 to v4.0

I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to upgrade v3.6 licenses to v4.0.  Our 12-month subscription period ran out and we did not extend it (shame on us).  But now I would like to upgrade the licenses from v3.6 to v4.0 and get them registered again.  How can I do this?  Please reply via the forum since I seem to have problems getting email back from you (at Sparx).  Thanks!

Hello Dave,

Registered users can upgrade to EA 4.0 free of charge from the registered users download section. Before you can do this, you will first need to renew your subscription. To do this, we will need to send you the renewal links. If you could please send us an email we can reply to, we can send you the purchase links.

As the update to EA 4.0 is free, the only fee you will need to pay is the renewal fee.
