Jet database problem

Hi

My computer crashed during a synchronise package action. Since then any attempt to synchronise a filem gets the following message.

DAO.Database [3197[
The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

There are no other users.

Help

ps. I have the MDG link to Visual Studio installed.

Just a guess Look out for a lock file with same name but different suffix. Try to move this one somewhere else and retry opening.
