security problem & best practice in collaborat

"change password, group membership, single permissions, view all and setup group permission" buttons are not act in project/security/maintain user and maintain group menu. EA4.0 build728, WindowXp sp1. Is it bug?

I use EA security and Oracle9.2 repository and PVCS.
I think that is a good compostion to collaboate.
But, i can't test.
Any other best practice in collaboation.

Hi,
it looks like you did not enable security via the key that was sent to you from Sparx. EA security does not make use of the  underlying database system (afaik).

I did enable security via the key that was sent to me from Sparx. I did enable security via the key that is http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/registered/reg_ea_down.htm too. But, the result is same. I used security with out database system. I tried all that I can, 729build, unicode build, another notebook and so on.
Did you use security with no problem?

Futher more, I'd like to know a best practice to collabolate with EA in large projects.

Please tell me your experiance.

Strange, is any of the security options working? Maybe you are logged in as non-privileged user? What  does maintain users tell about your current user?

I loged by admin/password.
Maintain users tell me all about users and all buttons.
But if i select "change password, group membership, single permissions, view all and setup group permission" buttons, then all buttons are inactivated.
