Large Format Printing

Does EA support printing on a large format printer?  

We are trying to print on 17 inch X 22 inch paper using an Epson Stylus 1520.  We are having a couple problems:

1) EA always leaves a several inch margin at the top of the page, even though the margin settings say not to.

2) In random places in the diagram, the contents of model objects are not printed, but instead the page background is printed (i.e. the "trial version" watermark).

This could be a compatibility problem between EA and the Epson driver, but I'm wondering if there is a more general problem with EA handling large format printing.

We're evaluating EA 4.00.729.

Ive just printed a diagram on A2 which took 5xA2 pages to cover and it worked extremely well.
No margin problem, no random not printing.

I am working on EA 4.00.729 corporate edition - fully licensed.
