Operations Context Menu Missing

In a Data Model I'm building, when I right click a table I do not see the Operations context menu item.  The help file says I should be available.

The F10 function key does bring it up.

I'm using build 4.10.731.

I noticed that too.  The best solution for me was to enable the Current Element toolbar and just select the class and then click operations from the toolbar.

Current Element toolbar is a good tip - thanks.  I had not been using it.
