Hi, I am trying to test out the local path functionality, but have been unable to figure out how to invoke the Local Path dialog.  Where is this located?

 :P Alright I figured it out, but I swear I must have looked for that for a couple of hours.  Just for others:

The local path dialog can be accessed from Configuration->Local Directories ...

It would be extremely helpful to show how to access a dialog when it is used in help.
