Data Model - Symbols/Notation Meaning
« on: September 08, 2004, 08:46:16 am »
Does anyone know where in the user guide it defines the various symbols/notation found in the diagrams? I am trying to figure out the meaning of the symbol/notation (*, +, #) which precedes each <<column>>, <<unique>>, <<PK>> and <<FK>> in my Data Model. Is there a way to hide theses?

Thanks,
Joel

The symbols denote scope of the feature - public, private etc etc.

They can be hidden in a digram from the diagram properties window via the "hide qualifiers" option.
