Sequence Diagrams - moving messages

I'm having a difficult time working with sequence diagrams.  If I forgot a step in a sequence, I can't seem to move a message up in the diagram (back in time).  It seems that you need to get the steps right the first time, which makes it pretty unforgiving to use.

Am I missing something?

I noticed the same problem on an earlier build.
Upgrade to the latest version.

I'm using build 737, which appears to be the latest.  Not sure what version might have resolved that issue.
