Modifying HTML Reports

While generating HTML Reports for a set of class models
containing linked requirements, the section displaying
the linked requirements are missing the requirements
details. I have attempted to modify the style sheet so
as to include the linked requirement detailes but can not identify the tag.
Does anyone know what this tag could possibly be? I have tried the following:
"NOTES", "NOTE", "DETAIL", "DETAILS",
"DOCUMENTATION", "DESCRIPTION", but none have worked.

The tags above were found within the XML generated when exporting the package.
