Problem connecting to database with model

Hi

We have our model in an oracle database (9.2.0.1) and this has worked fine until recently. Suddenly I cannot connect to the database from Enterprise Architect (build 729). I get asked for the password three times, and after that I get the error message:

OraOLEDB

Ora-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name.

But when I do tnsping from the command line i can contact the database, and sqlplus lets me browse the tables. I have not done anything with the database or the enterprise architect installation. Any help would be appreciated.

And: is there a way to get the model out of the database to file if I cannot connect with EA?
