Linking with documents

Hi all,
I can place hyperlinks into a document that opens up the relevant EA file...but I want it to open the file and also go directly to the relevant diagram.  Is there a way to do this?  (My document editor is OpenOffice - similar to MS Word - but I don't think the document editor should make any difference to the solution)

A related question: I can link from EA to documents in OpenOffice (or MS Word), but can I link to a particular part of this document?
