Predefined Reference Data with Tags

Hi there,
with Predefined Reference Data you can build tags to contain e.g. the list of model author, clients or resources. Is it possible to create such a list with all of the above in one drop down?
I tried variations of

Type=Enum;
Type=List;
List=Authors,Clients;

but with no success so far.
