Standardizing Settings for Multiple Users

Greetings,

We are having difficulty with using EA in a group setting. We have users collaborating on models. However, models created by one user look completely different on another user's machine. In some cases the fonts and colors are changed resulting in changes to the model layout.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there an easy solution?
